We are currently recruiting for a Care and Support Worker to join our team at Housing 21. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Job Description

As a Care and Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions. You will also help residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing, as well as administering medication when required.

Your role will involve putting the wellbeing of our residents at the heart of everything we do. You will strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that makes our residents feel valued and respected. You will also work collaboratively with our management team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
