About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people aged 8-17 in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
- Monitoring and reporting on service user progress, ensuring seamless support and care.
- Assisting with daily routines and tasks, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- A valid Full UK Driving Licence for transportation duties.
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
