Job Description
We are recruiting a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Lanchester Court in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our residents, enabling them to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, developing and maintaining relationships with residents, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

About Our Service
Lanchester Court is an innovative supported living complex, providing a modern and comfortable environment for 16 residents with diverse needs. Our service delivers a unique Housing with Care and Support model, focusing on promoting independence, wellbeing, and community engagement.

Your Responsibilities
As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, developing and maintaining relationships, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other members of our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid DBS check and a willingness to undergo training and development are also essential requirements.
