As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents to understand their needs and preferences, providing support with daily tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, making a real difference to their lives.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,959 per annum (based on working 35 hours per week) and a range of benefits, including holiday pay, occupational sick pay, and access to our Health Cash Plan. We also provide opportunities for training and development, so you can progress in your career and achieve your goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
  • Making meals, drinks, and snacks as needed
  • Encouraging and enabling residents to follow agreed care plans
  • Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care, and helping with medication
