About the Role:

As a Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, enabling them to live their best lives. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that offers a competitive salary of £22,959 per annum, pro rata.

Job Description:
You'll be responsible for supporting residents with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions. You'll also encourage and enable residents to follow agreed care plans, assist with personal care, and ensure medication is taken as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be kind, friendly, and have good written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need to be committed to undertaking necessary further training and have a genuine desire to help people. Reliability and flexibility are essential, as well as the ability to use your initiative and remain calm under pressure.
