We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young adults with emotional and behavioral difficulties. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, promoting their education, independence, and overall development.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide individualized support to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- To develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with colleagues and external agencies when necessary.
- To maintain accurate records of resident progress, behavior, and any relevant incidents.
Requirements
- A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience working with children or young adults with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
