Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dynamic youth mentors who are eager to engage, guide, and positively influence the lives of young people in our care. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting education, independence, and well-being, with a strong commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Develop and implement effective plans to promote education, independence, and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment
- Encourage young people to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional health

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Ideally experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
