About the TeamWe are a dynamic and ambitious team of catering professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our clients and customers. We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Operations Leader to join our team and lead our catering operations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our catering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service to our clients and customers. This will involve managing kitchen equipment and machinery, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and completing weekly bookwork and reports.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 5 direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
- Manage kitchen equipment and machinery effectively and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Complete weekly bookwork and reports, including stock taking and ordering.
- Demonstrate excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills to engage and motivate others.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations.
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role.

- IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and email software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
