As a highly motivated and ambitious Residential Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our fantastic residential lettings team in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven manager or an established estate agent looking to progress and take on a new challenge.

This branch offers a supportive Area Manager and team, providing a platform to excel as a manager and grow market share. With industry leading training and development, you will have the chance to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified and compete for top achievers awards.

You will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. Leading by example and delegating tasks, you will aim to exceed performance and targets set. You will also motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate new business in a target-driven environment, using your IT skills (MS Office, internet, email systems) and full UK driving licence. As a successful Lettings Manager, you will be able to motivate your team, lead by example, and achieve outstanding results.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000 with uncapped commission, company car or car allowance, and a range of benefits including industry leading training and development. Our teams provide expert guidance at every stage of your property journey.
