About the Job:

ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school setting in Rugby. As a member of our team, you will provide personalized assistance to students with special educational needs and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs. A suitable qualification such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is desired but not essential.

About the School:

Our primary school setting prioritizes language development, offering speech and language therapy as an integral part of the school day. This approach supports self-directed learning and helps children develop independence and decision-making skills.

About You:

To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

This full-time fixed term contract offers a competitive daily rate of £120-£150 per day, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system. You will also receive pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period) and access to FREE training to help with your professional development.
