Primary School Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students who require additional help, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored plans that meet the individual needs of each student. Your expertise will help to promote academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being, enabling students to reach their full potential.
We are seeking someone who is not only passionate about education but also committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of SEN principles and practices.
Requirements- A Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification
- Experience working with children who have SEN needs
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
