Education Support Specialist

**About the Role**
Arc School Napton is seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Specialist to provide support for pupils with their social and emotional development and mental well-being.
This role involves undertaking work, care and support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assisting in the management of pupils and the classroom.
The successful candidate will be required to work under the instruction and guidance of the SLT team to lead the delivery of school council, pastoral interventions, and help raise standards of achievement for all pupils.
The salary for this position is estimated at around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
