The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As an Academic Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs and developing inclusive learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs
  • To develop and implement inclusive learning strategies to meet the needs of all students
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of lessons
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and development


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., Special Educational Needs, Education)
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team


Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
