Job Overview

Location: Rugby
Position Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: £13.33-£16.67 (based on a 9-hour day)

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with challenging behavior
Qualifications and Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a degree in Psychology/Special Educational Needs (desired)
  • Team Teach or similar restraint training (beneficial but not necessary)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs and a commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.
