SalaryOur competitive salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working as a night support worker in one of our children's homes, providing care and support to young people who have experienced trauma and require a safe and nurturing environment. Your duties will include:
- Providing 1:1 support to young people, including personal care and daily activities
- Supporting young people with their emotional and behavioral needs
- Assisting with domestic tasks such as laundry and cleaning
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
