Residential Childcare Professional

SGBS Care Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Childcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individualised support to young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). If you have a passion for working with children and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective plans to promote education, independence, and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment
- Encourage young people to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional health
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Ideally experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
