Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
- Encouraging educational and personal development
- Maintaining positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and external agencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Residential Childcare
- A full UK driving licence
- Ideal experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
The salary for this role is £30,800 - £32,700 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer loyalty bonuses, health cash plans, and free meals during shifts, as well as internal promotions and career development opportunities.
