We are an independent fostering agency based in Warwickshire, working across the West and East Midlands. Our focus is on providing high-quality support to foster carers, helping them to provide the best possible care for children and young people.

As a foster carer with Focus Foster Care, you will be part of a supportive network of carers who share your passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide a stable and nurturing environment, supporting children's development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a stable and secure home environment for children and young people.
  2. Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to meet children's needs.
  3. Attend training and meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. A commitment to providing a stable and secure home environment.
  2. Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with children, social workers, and other professionals.
  3. Able to attend training and meetings as required.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. As a foster carer with Focus Foster Care, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including ongoing training and support, regular payments, and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
