Care Worker Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at Housing 21. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently in their own homes.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met.
- You will be required to perform a range of tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and domestic duties.
