Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, whilst developing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Develop personalized care plans to meet client needs
  • Work closely with clients and their families to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a care setting (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
