Job Description

We are seeking a talented Configuration Services Director to lead our Configuration Services team and work closely with our Professional Services teams to deliver high-quality configuration services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing, with at least three years of experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions. A proven track record of delivering change and driving technical efforts is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers at all levels.

About the Role

  • Lead the Configuration Services team and work closely with Professional Services teams to deliver configuration services to customers
  • Identify new technologies and ensure support for customer configuration requirements
  • Be an ambassador for the Configuration department and promote its services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment, training, performance, development, and promotion of the solutions and strategy team

What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions
  • Strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing
  • Proven track record of delivering change and driving technical efforts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, private medical insurance, and enhanced maternity pay. We also offer 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the option to buy additional holiday time.
