About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions and Strategy Lead to join our Configuration Services team. As a Solutions and Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical and pre-sales configuration specialists, identifying new technologies, and driving the use of automation techniques to increase productivity and accuracy. You will also work closely with our Professional Services teams to attach configuration services to sales and drive more technical engagements and pre-staging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical and pre-sales configuration specialists
  • Identify new technologies and ensure support for customer configuration requirements
  • Drive the use of automation techniques, including scripting, AI, and RPA
  • Work with Professional Services teams to attach configuration services to sales
  • Promote the Configuration department within the wider business
  • Work closely with coworkers from various technical disciplines
  • Be the SME for technical delivery of configuration services
  • Be the technical product owner for configuration services
  • Work with internal and external customers to understand requirements

Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing
  • At least three years of experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and security
