Executive Culinary Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to create exceptional food experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our customers, every time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing delicious menus that meet our high standards
- Overseeing menu changes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Listening to customer feedback and acting on it
- Supporting the creation of new menus and food concepts
- Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitoring inventories and kitchen cleaning responsibilities
- Complying with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Have experience supervising a team and in a similar culinary role
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have a flexible approach to working
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as great perks and learning opportunities.
