Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Configuration Manager to lead our team of technical specialists in delivering high-quality configuration services to our customers. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for identifying new technologies and ensuring support for customer configuration requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing, with at least three years of experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions. A proven track record of delivering change and driving technical efforts is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers at all levels.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of technical specialists in delivering configuration services to customers
  • Identify new technologies and ensure support for customer configuration requirements
  • Work with Professional Services teams to attach configuration services to sales and drive technical engagements and pre-staging opportunities
  • Be an ambassador for the Configuration department and promote its services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment, training, performance, development, and promotion of the solutions and strategy team

What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions
  • Strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing
  • Proven track record of delivering change and driving technical efforts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, private medical insurance, and enhanced maternity pay. We also offer 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the option to buy additional holiday time.
