Job Description

The Senior Investment Manager will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts and expanding our capital partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and securing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders.
  2. Managing investor relations and developing long-term fundraising strategies.
  3. Building and maintaining a strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and other funding sources.
  4. Collaborating with senior management to drive growth and meet strategic business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15+ years proven experience in capital raising in private markets, ideally within property finance, private equity, or real estate.
  • A strong track record of successfully securing large-scale investments and managing investor relations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A deep understanding of real estate finance and the broader financial markets.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
