Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking a Senior Culinary Manager to join our team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of chefs, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports
- Develop and implement menu plans
- Prepare and cook high-quality food
- Ensure effective use of kitchen machinery and equipment
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Complete weekly bookwork and reports
- Stock take and order supplies
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent culinary skills, experience as a Chef Manager, and strong leadership and communication skills. You should also be able to manage client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
