We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Director to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a senior leadership role within our organization. As a Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of executive chefs and kitchen managers to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in managing kitchen teams and implementing new menu ideas. You will be commercially aware, with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and engage your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of executive chefs and kitchen managers to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house environment
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels
