Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Lead to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients and customers while driving business growth and success.

About the Role: In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve outstanding results.


Requirements:
  • Possess a strong track record of culinary leadership and management.
  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Have experience in a similar senior culinary lead role and possess excellent communication skills.
