Job Title: Senior Audit and Compliance Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit and Compliance Lead to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Audit and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all audit work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
Manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to complete the audit
Oversee and mentor junior audit team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks
Collaborate with other teams, such as risk and compliance, to ensure that all audit work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

5+ years of experience in audit and compliance
Strong technical skills, including experience with audit software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and team members at all levels
Proven track record of leading audits and managing client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities
