We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious kitchen in the Leicestershire area. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with other sections.
  • Presentation of dishes to a Rosette/Award-winning level.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including your fridge and station.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus tips of around £500 per year.
