We are seeking an ambitious and talented Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that truly enhances the dining experience for our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to achieve our goals. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
