We're currently recruiting a skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to help us create exceptional food experiences for our clients in the UK. As an Executive Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. As an Executive Culinary Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations
  • Overseeing menu changes and ensuring consistency across all locations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing change
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Representing the company and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Your ideal background includes:
  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Holding a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
  • Flexible approach to working and ability to adapt to changing priorities
This role is contracted to 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
