About the Role:

Our Project Directors are instrumental in driving business success. In this position, you'll be responsible for providing strategic leadership, insight, direction, and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and successfully developing a high-performing team.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the project team and managing the supply chain to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality targets and standards.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by actively soliciting input from all members of the project team and encouraging them to implement safety enhancements.
  • Driving operational excellence and efficiency through effective use of leadership indicator health check reviews throughout the Bid, Pre-construction, and Construction phases of the project.
