Calibre Search is working with a leading consultancy to find an accomplished Project Manager to join their team in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on several large-scale industrial shed schemes, assisting and leading on projects with other Directors.

The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of experience working within a Construction Consultancy or Main Contractor background. Having previous experience working on industrial units would be beneficial, but general construction management from a client-side position is the key factor for this role.

Job Description:
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of projects and become confident in leading projects.
  • Manage contract administration and deal with Tenders.
  • Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
  • Assist in the management of consultant teams.
  • E nsure that the built product is compliant with the contract.
  • Identify potential risks to project schedules and mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations throughout the project delivery.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
