Senior Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Industrial Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (TRC Group) in Rugby. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE) + OTE up to £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MEET SALES TARGETS
- WORK CLOSELY WITH THE RECRUITMENT TEAM TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE CANDIDATE PLACEMENTS
