We are working exclusively with a leading player in the water and engineering markets to hire a Design Delivery Manager (Wastewater).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to lead the oversight of water/wastewater projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will report to the Technical Director and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the delivery of multiple projects in the region.

  • Lead the project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to complete projects on time and to standards.
  • Create documentation, including financial reports, project updates, and design activities.
  • Ensure effective communication between project levels, including design, engineering, and procurement.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with business development staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A clean UK driving license.
  • Demonstrable experience in water/wastewater project delivery in the UK.
  • Experience in both onsite engineering and design engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
