Plant Reliability Coordinator

Project Partners in Rugby, Warwickshire is seeking a Plant Reliability Coordinator to fill this full-time role with a salary of £55,000.

About the Position:

  • Oversee and manage mechanical maintenance activities to maintain high plant reliability.
  • Guarantee safe working conditions and adhere to environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance planning processes.
  • Work closely with the Planning Department to source necessary materials, labor, and equipment for successful maintenance projects.
  • Verify that inspection findings and follow-up actions contribute to reliability goals.
  • Optimize the deployment of labor, materials, and equipment resources.
  • Lead the mechanical team in optimizing productivity, job satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor the performance of direct reports and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a mechanical coordinator or maintenance supervisor.
