Job Title: Mechanical Team Lead

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Zoom Recruitment as a Mechanical Team Lead based in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the efficient execution of mechanical engineering and maintenance work to deliver excellence in plant reliability within the defined section and elsewhere.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance management. You will have excellent leadership skills, be able to coordinate and supervise delivery of a safe mechanical physical environment at the Rugby plant, and contribute as a member of the maintenance management team to formulate the plants maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise delivery of a safe mechanical physical environment at the Rugby plant.
* Contribute as a member of the maintenance management team to formulate the plants maintenance strategies.
* Supervise and coordinate the efficient execution of the daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical maintenance plan within the defined area of responsibility.
* Collaborate with the planning department to ensure suitable parts, labour and equipment are available to deliver the maintenance plan.
* Manage the section mechanical team concerning productivity, motivation and discipline.
* Supervise the execution of preventative maintenance inspections and procedures to prevent unplanned stoppages.
* Planning and coordinating the mechanical aspects of the annual plant shutdown within the agreed structure, collaborating with other disciplines, so plant safety is ensured, reliability and efficiency is optimised.
* Monitor the budget on a daily basis in the relevant area.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
