Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise mechanical maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability.
  • Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections and review results.
  • Lead a team of mechanics and technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision.
