Job Overview

Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd seeks a reliable Mechanical Supervisor for its client in Rugby. The successful candidate will contribute to the formulation and implementation of maintenance strategies, ensuring high plant reliability standards.

Main Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of a safe mechanical environment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance management team to develop effective maintenance strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical maintenance plans.
  • Work with the planning department to guarantee the availability of necessary resources.
  • Lead the section mechanical team to enhance productivity, motivation, and discipline.
  • Supervise the execution of preventative maintenance activities.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of the annual plant shutdown.
  • Monitor and control expenses in the relevant area.
  • Support the Mechanical Engineer in preparing the plant mechanical maintenance budget.
  • Verify that the mechanical team adheres to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Coordinator or Maintenance Team Leader (Essential)
  • History of budget management
  • Technical studies in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems

Annual Salary

The position offers an estimated annual salary of 52,500 based on experience.
