Reliability Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Project Partners in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical equipment.
About the Role
- You will assist the Conformance & Reliability Supervisor in developing and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance plans to increase equipment reliability and meet business targets.
- You will support safe operations and maintain environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
- You will plan and deliver physical and cultural environments that promote a culture of safety and zero harm.
- You will react to unforeseen events to optimize plant performance on a day-to-day basis.
- You will undertake repairs highlighted by reliability techniques and produce timely reports for the maintenance management team.
Requirements
- A good understanding of condition monitoring or reliability maintenance principles, including vibration analysis, tribology, thermography, ultrasound, and NDT.
- The ability to integrate into a team of mechanical, electrical, and reliability technicians and communicate with supervisors, engineers, and managers.
Experience and Qualifications
- An understanding of Health and Safety practices in an engineering environment.
- NVQ level 3 in mechanical engineering or time-served apprenticeship.
- Experience working in heavy engineering industry, with no fear of getting dirty.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,195 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
