Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Operations Manager to lead our mechanical team in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company like Zoom Recruitment and be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality results.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance management, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and supervise delivery of a safe mechanical physical environment at the Rugby plant. You will also need to contribute as a member of the maintenance management team to formulate the plants maintenance strategies and manage the section mechanical team concerning productivity, motivation and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise delivery of a safe mechanical physical environment at the Rugby plant.
* Contribute as a member of the maintenance management team to formulate the plants maintenance strategies.
* Supervise and coordinate the efficient execution of the daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical maintenance plan within the defined area of responsibility.
* Collaborate with the planning department to ensure suitable parts, labour and equipment are available to deliver the maintenance plan.
* Manage the section mechanical team concerning productivity, motivation and discipline.
* Supervise the execution of preventative maintenance inspections and procedures to prevent unplanned stoppages.
* Planning and coordinating the mechanical aspects of the annual plant shutdown within the agreed structure, collaborating with other disciplines, so plant safety is ensured, reliability and efficiency is optimised.
* Monitor the budget on a daily basis in the relevant area.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
