Job Summary:

Espire Infolabs seeks an experienced Chief Infrastructure Development Director to lead its infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints, and drive project success.

About the Role:

The Chief Infrastructure Development Director will oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, including project planning and initiation, stakeholder management, team leadership and coordination, budget and resource management, quality assurance and compliance, risk management and issue resolution, and project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and issues.
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Develop project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize resource utilization and manage project staffing needs.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve deviations from project specifications.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and develop risk mitigation and issue resolution plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
