About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Ivolve Care & Support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our service users
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services provided
* Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement
* Collate, analyze, and report data to inform service development and improvement

About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Service Delivery Manager who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support services. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Essential Skills and Experience

* Previous experience of working in a care management role
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support services
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Desirable Skills and Experience

* Experience of working in a similar role within the care sector
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Ability to assess and manage risk
