Learning Disability Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Disability Manager to join our team at Amber Mace. As a Learning Disability Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our residential care service, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld.
About the Role:As a Learning Disability Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the home and staff team
- Supporting service users to ensure their physical, social, and emotional needs are met
- Supporting the personal development of each service user, ensuring they are treated as an individual with their own unique support needs
- Ensuring the dignity and individuality of each service user is respected and they are able to exercise choice in all areas of their life
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 5, RMA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a learning disabilities care setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to person-centered care and support
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities
