Job Description

Clinical Services Manager - Nurse Qualified

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Clinical Services Manager with a focus on children's mental health services. As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to younger people with complex mental health conditions and needs.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care in mental health and learning disabilities services
  • Provide strong leadership and support to a diverse, multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions, driving improvements for enhanced patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Foster partnerships with external agencies and community resources to deliver comprehensive support to service users
  • Advocate for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, promoting a culture of inclusivity and equality

Qualifications
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Extensive experience in CAMHS or working with individuals with complex mental health
  • Proven leadership and clinical management abilities within a mental health setting, preferably CAHMS
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Thorough understanding of pertinent healthcare legislation and regulations
  • Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within clinical practice
