We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Practice Plus Group, providing care to individuals with complex mental health needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or experienced Psychologist who is passionate about working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. The successful candidate will be familiar with trauma-informed practice and trained in at least one trauma-specific intervention. As part of our Integrated Mental Health Team, you will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of our psychological therapies service. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Provide trauma-informed practice and training in trauma-specific interventions
  • Contribute to the development of our psychological therapies service
  • Participate in clinical leadership and decision-making

Requirements

  • Qualification in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed practice and training in trauma-specific interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
