About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Practice Plus Group, providing care to individuals with complex mental health needs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or experienced Psychologist who is passionate about working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. The successful candidate will be familiar with trauma-informed practice and trained in at least one trauma-specific intervention. As part of our Integrated Mental Health Team, you will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of our psychological therapies service. - Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide trauma-informed practice and training in trauma-specific interventions
- Contribute to the development of our psychological therapies service
- Participate in clinical leadership and decision-making
Requirements
- Qualification in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Experience working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practice and training in trauma-specific interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
