Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) in the form of training and guidance.
- Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations.
- Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme.
- Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff as required.
- Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.

Requirements
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology.
- Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients.
- Experience working with psychological trauma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
