Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Emerald Place Clinic in Horley. As a qualified RNLD, you will provide high-quality care to young people in our 12-bed CAMHS service, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong teamwork skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
