About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various sub-sectors, ensuring timely completion of audits and delivery of high-quality results. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the audit process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in managing financial aspects of client portfolios, including risk management and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with Partners to implement new business initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Participate in office marketing events and represent the firm as an ambassador.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ICAS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in auditing, including systems/controls testing and substantive auditing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
